Jamie Olivers Bloomin’ brilliant brownies

You can’t go wrong with gooey chocolate brownies (mouth drooling), however I didn’t include the nuts and cherries in the recipe, being the intense chocolate-holic I am. But it depends on your personal preference.

The ultimate Gingerbread house

This is more of a project in the baking world, so if you have the determination and patience I would recommend baking this beauty for Christmas day.

However if you’re not feeling so brave simply make the dough and create individual gingerbread men instead, but as the dough recipe is to create a whole house you will end up with a heavy load of dough for many many biscuits! Perfect for an Asian/Big household during the Christmas period.
